MEET NURSE IEASHA MONIQUE

A Nurse by Profession. A Wellness Advocate by Passion. A Woman of Faith by Foundation.

I believe we were created to do more than simply exist. We were created to live, serve, lead, love, and fulfill the purpose God has placed within us.

But I've learned something along the way.

We can become so committed to taking care of everyone and everything else that we forget to care for the very bodies we need to carry out those assignments.

That's why I'm passionate about helping people move beyond temporary health goals and begin building lifestyles that support the lives they truly want to live.

 My Journey

My Story Didn't Begin With a Business. It Began With a Decision.

For years, I cared for others as a Registered Nurse, educating patients about their health, managing chronic conditions, and encouraging them to make healthier choices. But eventually, I had to ask myself a difficult question: Was I practicing the very things I was teaching?

I was overweight, living with high blood pressure, and knew that if I wanted a different outcome, I had to make different decisions.

So I started changing the way I nourished my body and approached my health. Through intentional nutrition and lifestyle changes, I lost over 60 pounds and was able to reverse my high blood pressure.

But here's what changed me the most: I realized I wasn't just changing my health. I was changing the direction of my life.

My journey became bigger than the number on the scale. I began thinking about my family, my future, the purpose God had placed inside me, and the legacy I wanted to leave behind.

I understood that the choices I made today wouldn't just impact me. They could influence how my children care for themselves, how my family approaches wellness, and what healthy living looks like for generations to come.

That's when my passion became a mission.

I didn't want to simply teach people how to lose weight. I wanted to help them understand the power of their daily choices, take ownership of their well-being, and move beyond managing illness to building a life that produces health.

And my faith became the foundation of it all.

Because I believe God has entrusted each of us with a purpose, and caring for our bodies is part of preparing for that assignment.

My transformation may have started with my health, but my mission is about something far greater: faith, purpose, and a legacy of wellness that extends beyond my lifetime.

You need your body for your assignment. And the way you live today is shaping the legacy you leave tomorrow.

More Than Credentials. A Calling Rooted in Experience.

My work is shaped by what I've learned as a nurse, what I've experienced through my own health transformation, and what I believe God has called me to do. Together, these foundations are the heart behind my mission and The WELL.

Personal

 Transformation

My own journey of losing over 60 pounds and transforming my health taught me that lasting change begins with intentional daily decisions.

Faith & Legacy

My faith fuels my purpose: helping women care for their bodies, live out their God-given assignments, and build a legacy of wellness for generations to come.

From My Journey to The WELL

What Started as a Personal Transformation Became a Purpose-Driven Mission.

My journey taught me something powerful: True wellness isn't just about changing your body. It's about changing the way you live, the choices you make, and the legacy you're building.

I realized that I didn't want to simply help people lose weight or manage chronic conditions. I wanted to help them create lifestyles that support their health, strengthen their faith, and allow them to live fully in the purpose God has placed within them.

That's how The WELL was born.

Inspired by John 4:14, where Jesus speaks of living water that becomes a spring that never runs dry, The WELL represents something deeper than a wellness program. It's a place of renewal, nourishment, and transformation from the inside out.

Through our Heal • Fuel • Thrive approach, I bring together my nursing experience, personal health journey, practical nutrition education, and faith to help women move beyond temporary changes and build a foundation for lifelong wellness.

Because I've come to understand that health isn't just about the years we add to our lives. It's about the life we bring to those years and the legacy we leave for generations to come.

The WELL is my way of helping women make that shift from simply trying to get healthy to intentionally building a life that produces health.

My story may have started with one decision, but my prayer is that The WELL inspires generations of women to make theirs.

DISCOVER THE WELL EXPERIENCE

Beyond the Scrubs. A Voice for Transformation.

Where Health, Faith, and Purpose Meet.

My passion for transforming lives goes beyond the bedside. It extends to every stage, church, workplace, and community God opens the door for me to reach.

As a nurse, wellness strategist, and speaker, I challenge people to think differently about their health and the choices they make every day.

Through my signature message, The Prescription Is on Your Plate™, I help audiences understand the powerful role nutrition and lifestyle play in preventing chronic disease, supporting better health, and creating lasting change. I bring together clinical knowledge, personal experience, and practical strategies that people can begin applying to their lives immediately.

But my message doesn't stop at what's on your plate.

It's about what's happening in your life.

It's about the habits you're building, the priorities you're setting, and whether the way you're living is preparing you for the future you desire.

That same conviction is the heart behind The WELL, where faith, wellness, and intentional living come together to help people move beyond simply managing their health to building a life that produces it.

Because the goal isn't just to live longer. It's to live well, fulfill your God-given assignment, and leave a legacy of health for generations to come.

I don't just want audiences to leave inspired. I want them to leave equipped, challenged, and ready to live differently.
